A thoughtful, collaborative space
I'm Hanna, a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist based in Manchester.
I offer a warm, practical and non-judgemental space where we can make sense of what you are experiencing and identify the patterns that may be keeping difficulties going.
I hold a Master's Degree in Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapies. My experience includes working with private clients and supporting Ukrainians affected by war-related trauma through charitable work.
CBT is collaborative and active. We will agree clear goals, develop a shared understanding of your difficulties, and work at a pace that feels manageable. Therapy is available in English, Ukrainian and Russian.
